The CSULB Black Resource Center and Student Affairs invite you to be part of a powerful celebration of excellence, culture, and community! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us honor the academic accomplishments of all Black students at the Annual CSULB Black/Pan-African Graduation Celebration.
Known as Black Grad, this beloved ceremony celebrates Black graduates through culture, entertainment, speakers, music, and joy. It is a night our graduates and their families will always remember — and your support helps make it happen.
Volunteer shifts are as follows:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Set Up
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Registration, Guest Support, ADA Support & Ticket Support
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Ushers
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Clean-Up Crew
