Join us as a volunteer for the Pilipino Cultural Graduation, a celebration of the academic accomplishments of our Pilipino students at CSULB. We need enthusiastic volunteers to help make this day
unforgettable for our graduates and their loved ones. If you'd like to be part
of something meaningful, we'd love to have you!
Volunteer options:
OPTION 1 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (MOST NEEDED)
Set-up and pre-ceremony support, including:
• Decorations & Stage Crew
• Graduate Procession Support (Green Room, Line Marshals/Ushers)
• Tickets & Special Guests Crew
• Theater & Lobby Crew
• Performers & Band Crew
OPTION 2 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Ceremony and wrap-up support, including:
• Tickets & Special Guests Crew (graduate ticket pick-up)
• Theater & Lobby Crew
• Ceremony Team (Readers)
• Clean-Up Crew
• Graduate Procession Support (Green Room, Line Marshals/Ushers)
• Performers & Band Crew
OPTION 3 | 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Floaters welcome! Be available throughout the day to support wherever you're needed most.
