Nuestra Grad is a beloved celebration honoring CSULB graduates in the spirit of Latin American culture — dedicated to familia, comunidad, y cultura. We need enthusiastic volunteers to help make this day unforgettable for our graduates and their loved ones. If you'd like to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to have you!

Feel free to sign up for one or more shifts below, we will be following up with details as we get closer to the date.

 

We have five volunteer shifts available:


MOST NEEDED
• Session 1 Setup & Check-In | 7am – 10am
We need all hands on deck for set-up, graduate check-in, and more

• Session 2 Setup & Check-In | 1pm – 4pm
We need all hands on deck for set-up, graduate check-in, and more

• Session 2 Breakdown | 7pm – 9pm
Help needed to clean-up and breakdown


CEREMONY ROLES (limited spots)
• Session 1 Ceremony Support | 10am – 1pm
Graduate ushers and name readers only (ushers will help manage the processional line and direct graduates on and off the stage)

• Session 2 Ceremony Support | 4pm – 7pm
Graduate ushers and name readers only (ushers will help manage the processional line and direct graduates on and off the stage)
